Style numbers 1, 1a, and 2 are done with a Micron 005 (.20 mm line width) pen.  Thicker line width pens are also available/ Style nmbers 3 and 4 are done with a 2.0 mm calligraphy marker.  Style numbers 5 and 6 are done with a 3.5 mm calligraphy marker.   I also have a 5 mm calligraphy marker for extra large type in these styles. Style numbers 1, 1a,3, and 5 are done in a block print style (1a approaches "micrography" and could be used for small notes, even when the rest of an invitation uses a larger pen). Style numbers 2,4, and 6 are done in an Ashkenazic script style.
